This custom-built 9′ 5wt medium-fast action fly rod combines a versatile trout-fishing configuration with a distinctive matte olive green finish and carefully selected components.

The 9-foot length and 5-weight line rating make it an excellent all-around choice for trout fishing on rivers and lakes. Its medium-fast action offers a balance of smooth casting feel and responsiveness, making it suitable for dry flies, nymphs, and lighter streamers.

The matte olive green blank is complemented by chrome guides, chrome reel seat hardware, and a warm wood reel seat insert. Transparent thread wraps create a subtle, understated appearance that allows the blank’s finish to remain the focal point.
