Description
8′ 4wt Medium-Fast Action Fly Rod
This individually built 8′ 4wt medium-fast action fly rod combines a versatile trout-fishing configuration with distinctive custom details.
The 8-foot length and 4-weight line rating make it an appealing choice for fishing smaller streams and rivers, while its medium-fast action offers a balance of smooth casting feel and responsiveness. It’s a versatile setup for presenting dry flies and fishing lighter nymph rigs.
The rod features a matte blue finish, chrome snake guides, chrome reel seat hardware, and a wood reel seat insert. Coordinating blue thread wraps complement the blank and give the finished rod a clean, distinctive appearance.
Individually assembled, wrapped, and finished by Yellowfin Custom Fly Rods in Colorado, this rod showcases the craftsmanship and attention to detail that go into each Yellowfin build.
